A notice for People with Lived Experience at LEPH2025
Perspectives of people with lived experience are critical for the Global Law Enforcement and Public Health Association to be a global voice to promote change in policy and practice at the intersection of law enforcement and public health.
People With Lived Experience of mental health issues, substance use, brain injury, homelessness, who have disabilities, and other related concerns and who have intersected with police and/or the criminal-legal system (personally or in your work) are invited to come together for a networking event at the LEPH 2025 conference in Ottawa.
We could meet at the conference, or share a dinner together, discuss how we might provide a voice at GLEPHA going forward, and any other issues people might want to raise. This is also an opportunity to collaborate on shared work or research interests. You are invited to get in touch, and we can plan when to meet.
