Human Rights and Harm Reduction Consultant, South Africa
Julie Mac Donnell consults to several South African organisations on Health Care, Human Rights and Harm Reduction. She has special interest in working with vulnerable women and priority population groups, particularly in rural regions. Julie has been working in Harm Reduction and addictions care for over 12 years. She is on the board of directors for STAND Action and Bellhaven Harm Reduction Centre, a committee member for the World Assembly for Community Action for Alcohol and is currently carrying out project work for United Nations Office on drugs and crime, Elton John Aids Foundation, Harm Reduction International and INTERPOL.
