Applying for a Visa to enter Canada:
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada / Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada have issued a code that conference attendees can use when applying for a visa to enter Canada. This code verifies that this is a legitimate conference and is designed to streamline the application process.
The Special Event Code is: 25CLPH

Travel Insurance:
It is strongly recommended that all those attending the conference ensure they have adequate travel and medical insurance. We really hope you don’t need to use this insurance coverage; however, it will prevent additional stresses in the event you do.
