2025 LEPH Conference Orator

We are delighted to announce the 2025 LEPH Conference Orator is Professor Mark H. Moore. He is the Research Professor of Public Management at the Harvard Kennedy School. His current primary focus is studying the processes that enable social innovation and change to occur in response to changing political, economic, and social conditions.
